Since 1949, the FCE-VVB association has been bringing together and supporting women who are active in business and professional life.
They form a dynamic network that promotes dialogue, the sharing of experiences, mutual support, and the development of skills, so that each individual can realize her potential and actively contribute to society.

To be a leading network for working women and female entrepreneurs, where everyone can find inspiration, support and opportunities.
The FCE VVB aims to foster an inclusive, ambitious and supportive community that empowers women to take their rightful place, make their voices heard and bring about positive change in the economic and professional world.

International network
The FCE-VVB is part of the wider ‘Femmes Chefs d’Entreprise – Mondial’ family, an international network with a presence in 125 countries worldwide. Belgium was the first country to join the French association founded by Yvonne Foinant, and one of the seven founding countries of ‘Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales’.

This project aims to encourage and support the association’s members in expanding their activities into the export market – through a programme focusing on the areas of ‘digital’ and ‘visibility’.
This project, supported by hub.brussels as part of its post-Covid economic recovery strategy, focuses on three strategic priorities: 1. Free masterclasses for members

Certificate-based training
FCE-VVB Belgium has trained 200 women entrepreneurs from its sister organisation, CNFCE.
The aim was to build bridges and foster collaboration between Belgium and Tunisia. This project also involved a certified training programme, funded by WIB, which was accessible to Belgian members via an e-learning platform.
Topics such as business partnerships, communication, export strategy, Incoterms (including VAT and customs aspects) and intellectual property were successfully covered !

Global Congresses and Committees
Every year, a Belgian delegation takes part in the FCEM’s global congresses and committees.
It is a special occasion where hundreds of women from all corners of the world come together.
