Since 1949, FCE-VVB association has been bringing together women who are active in business and professional life and supporting them.
They form a dynamic network that promotes dialogue, the exchange of experiences, mutual support and the development of skills, so that every individual can realise her potential and make an active contribution to society.

The FCE VVB has set itself the goal of fostering an inclusive, ambitious and supportive community that helps women take their rightful place, make their voices heard and bring about positive change in the business and professional world.

The FCE-VVB is part of ‘Femmes Chefs d’Entreprise – Mondial’ family, an global network present in 125 countries worldwide. Belgium was the first country to join the French association founded by Yvonne Foinant and is one of the seven founding countries of ‘Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales’.
By joining FCE-VVB, you become part of a dynamic community and gain access to our events in Belgium and around the world. This is a real opportunity to expand your network, forge new partnerships and strengthen your influence beyond our borders.

Finding one’s place in the economic world
FCE-VVB Belgium is committed to raising the profile of female entrepreneurs in the economic sphere and in the forums where important and strategic decisions are taken. It also acts as a spokesperson in dealings with governments and public and private institutions.
Visibility
At our annual gala, we put our members in the spotlight and ensure they receive visibility through our various communication channels throughout the year.

Representation
Participation in conferences at international congresses and committees. Our members are given the opportunity to speak at workshops, conferences, etc., both in Belgium and abroad.

What have we done so far
FCE-VVB BELGIUM
A window to a wider world
ShE-Xport
This project aims to encourage and support the association’s members in expanding their activities into the export market – through a programme focused on digitalisation, visibility and export readiness.
Supported by hub.brussels as part of its post-COVID economic strategy, the project focuses on three strategic priorities:
1. Free masterclasses for members
2. Member spotlight interviews to increase visibility and share their insfights
3. International networking events in Paris, Luxembourg and the French Ardennes (Donchery).
Certificate-based training
FCE-VVB Belgium trained 200 female entrepreneurs from its sister organisation, CNFCE Tunisia,. The aim was to build bridges and promote cooperation between Belgium and Tunisia.
This project also included a certified training programme, funded by the WIB and made available to Belgian members through an e-learning platform.
Trainig topics such as business partnerships, communication, export strategy, Incoterms (including VAT and customs aspects) and intellectual property were successfully covered.
FCEM World Congress & Committees
Each year, a Belgian delegation takes part in the FCEM’s World Congresses and committee meetings. These unique gathering brings together hundreds of women entrepreneurs, business leaders, from all over the world.
The programme includes networking, conferences, B2B meetings, inspiration and high-calibre discussions. When you return from one of these FCEM events, you’ll feel truly inspired.
